At Long Last

This is for those that have not been able to visit and have been asking for photos of the house. I tidied up a little as I usually do on Saturdays, but decided that if I waited to have the house spotless to take photos, you wouldn't ever get to see it. Rich and I have settled in pretty well. Although he keeps asking me where things are in the kitchen which is an annoyance....that's just because he never pays attention.

As for the outside, the barn is already getting a makeover. Turns out it floods (to use the term mildly) when it rains, so we decided to use Rich's spring bonus to build a rather long deck. We have also been doing some sodding in the yard. It is a beautiful time of year when everything is greening up and growing. And we've agreed that alone makes the color of the exterior of the house look much less pink. We still have a few patches of bare dirt where a lot of soil got dug up and spread around during septic installation.
